New Marching Band Shows for 2011
We have three new composed shows that we have just added to our catalog. They are: Bushido: Way of the Warrior, Hyperspace, and The Enchanted Forest. Visit our marching composition page for information and listening examples.
We are also adding two new shows in our marching band arrangement catalog for next fall. Both of these shows are using music from the public domain. The shows are Beethoven: Struggles of a Genius, and A Feast for the Eyes. Please visit our marching arrangement page for information and listening examples.
TMEA
What an incredible TMEA convention! We had so many directors visit our booth during the 2 1/2 day convention. It was an honor and pleasure to meet so many outstanding music educators. We like to say “THANK YOU” to all that visited!

McAllen HS (TX) – City of Palms Festival- 1st in class, 5th overall, UIL Region – Superior rating, UIL Area
McAllen Memorial HS (TX) – City of Palms Festival – 2nd in class, 8th overall, UIL Region – Superior rating, UIL Area
Port Isabel HS (TX) – City of Palms Festival- 1st in class, UIL Region – Superior rating, UIL Area finals, UIL State – 4th in finals.
Phoenixville HS (PA) -Boyerton-2nd in class, Cavalcade/Unionville – 2nd in class, Cavalcade/Governor Mifflin – 1st in class, Cavalcade Championships – 8th in class (Best placing in school history).
Rio Grande City HS (TX) – City of Palms – 2nd in class/4th place overall, UIL Region – Superior rating
Rivera HS (TX) – Rio Hondo contest – 1st place, San Benito – 4th place, UIL Region – Superior rating, UIL Area
Roma HS (TX) – Valley View – 1st place, La Jollla Festival – 4th place, City of Palms Festival – 1st in class/2nd place overall, UIL Region – Superior rating, BOA/S. Antonio Regional – 4th in class.
Roosevelt HS (HI) – Mililani High School Bandfest: 1st Place – Marching & Visual, Music, General Effect, and Sweepstakes Award Class “A”. Kapolei Marching Band Tournament: 1st Place – Marching & Visual, Music, General Effect, Soloist, and Sweepstakes Award Class “A”.

Southwest HS (TX) – UIL Region – Superior rating
Steele HS (TX) – USSBA/Steele – 3rd in class, UIL Region – Superior rating, UIL Area
Sun Valley HS (PA) – Cavalcade/West Chester- 1st in class, Cavalcade/Marple-Newtown – 3rd in class, Cavalcade/Uniontown – 1st in class, Cavalcade/Coatesville – 1st place. Cavalcade/Red Lion – tied for 1st place, Cavalcade Championships – 11th place.
Taylor HS (TX) – USSBA/Hendricks – 4th in class, Capital City Festival – 1st in class (Best music and Visual), USSBA/Central – 3rd in class, UIL Region – Superior rating, UIL Area finals, UIL State.
Terry HS (TX) – UIL Region – Superior rating
Veterans Memorial HS (TX) UIL Region – Superior rating (1st year in existence)
Wagner HS (TX) – USSBA/S. Antonio – 1st in class (won all captions), USSBA/Steele- 1st in class (won all captions), Rocket Review – 2nd place, USSBA/Central – 1st in class and 1st place overall, (won all captions), UIL Region – Superior rating , UIL Area, USSBA State Championships – 1st in class 4A (won all captions)
Wilmington HS (OH) – Superior rating at OMEA State.
